Compact type Terminal AHU named "Calm-Multi" was completed.

SINKO Facility Service Ltd. was built established.
The VC Division was established to facilitate development of a Vapor crystal system.
SINKO built the Osaka Building in Minamimorimachi, Kita-ku, Osaka.
The Head Office and Osaka Branch were relocated.

Construction of OKAYAMA SINKO KOGYO CO., LTD. North Factory was completed (present-day SINKO INDUSTRIES LTD. Okayama Factory).

TAIWAN SINKO KOGYO CO., LTD. was established.
The company acquired Brod&McClung-Pace Co.

SINKO SALES (THAILAND) CO., LTD. was established in Thailand.

SINKO SALES (THAILAND) CO., LTD. changes its name to SINKO AIR CONDITIONING (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
Frame-less constructed New Series Compact AHU was developed.

Release PH type AHU to the market.
Achieved Freon gas free production for all type AHU.
Year 2005
The Tokyo Head Office was renamed as the Tokyo Branch.
Year 2006
The company earned ISO 14001 certification.
PH Type AHU won "The 20th Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan Association Award" and "Technology Promotion Award".
Year 2008
Kenji Kashihara became president and chief executive officer.
Heat-Pump type AHU "Heapon Sys-Pak" was completed.
New Model Unit was completed.

SINKO AIR CONDITIONING INDUSTRIES LTD. and OKAYAMA SINKO KOGYO CO., LTD. merged,
and changed its name to SINKO AIR CONDITIONING INDUSTRIES LTD.
(present-day SINKO INDUSTRIES LTD. Kanagawa Factory, and Okayama Factory).
The SINKO Technical Center was established in Hadano city, Kanagawa Prefecture.
AHU c/w "Double-Plug Fan" was completed.
Year 2010
The company celebrated the 60th anniversary of its founding.
Year 2011
Relief Air AHU won "The 25th Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan Association Award" and "Technology Promotion Award".
Year 2012
The company was listed on the first section of the Osaka Stock Exchange.
"Solar Thermal Type Desiccant System" worked by six organizations including SINKO won "The 10th Japan Environmental Management Awards".
